Please note that some products may be marked as non-returnable due to their nature, and these items will be clearly identified on their respective product pages.

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support team at canes@canesgalore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or documentation. b. Our team will review your return request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product. c. Package the item securely, ensuring that it is well-protected to avoid any damage during transit. Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation, as well as the RMA number. d. Ship the package using the shipping label provided by our Customer Support Team.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
