But we also understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs, or maybe the size or style just isn’t quite right. That’s okay! We’re proud to offer a return policy that is hassle-free, customer-first return policy to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase—or we’ll help make it right.


📦 Return Policy Eligibility – Are You Eligible for a Return?

To make a return as easy as possible, please ensure the following conditions are met before sending your item back:

Return Window: Your return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested beyond this period may not be eligible.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and protective materials intact.

No Damage or Alteration: Products that have been used, worn, modified, or damaged will not be eligible for return. We cannot accept returns on items showing visible signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. These include:

  • Customized or personalized walking canes

  • Special order or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or discontinued products

🔁 How to Initiate a Return – Step-by-Step Instructions

We’ve made the return process as straightforward as possible. Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Send an email to canes@canesgalore.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A brief description of why you’d like to return the item

  • Any photos or supporting documentation (especially if the item arrived damaged)

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Step 2: Receive Your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and email you detailed instructions for how and where to return the product.

⚠️ Important: Returns without a valid RMA number may be delayed or not processed at all. Please do not ship your item back until you’ve received this authorization.

Step 3: Prepare Your Return Package

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging (or a sturdy box)

  • Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation inside the package

  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box

Step 4: Ship It Back to Us

  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery and documentation

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team. You’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know whether your return has been approved.

🔄 Exchanges – Want a Different Size, Color, or Style?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap your product for another color, size, or style, please follow the return process above and then place a new order for your desired item. This allows us to get your replacement item to you more quickly without restocking delays.
